Twilight Themed Covers

Oh, woe is me! How is this possible!?! How can publishing houses sell classic book titles such as “Pride and Prejudice”, “Romeo and Juliet”, and “Wuthering Heights” in a Twilight themed book cover?! That is just preposterous!!

These books are the books that started it all, and by having the covers of these stories to be related to Twilight just insults the greatness of them. It’s as if they’re comparing Twilight’s Edward Cullen to Mr. Darcy! Plus, these books came first, and therefore they should have the honor of being sold with its original book covers. What’s more is that these covers aren’t even related to the books themselves! What does flowers have to do with Pride and Prejudice?

Ugh, looking at the covers make me sick. People who actually buy these versions instead of the ones with a more appropriate covers make sick. Yes, Twilight needs to die.

What do you think? Am I overreacting? Do you not care, as long as it gets people reading?

I totally agree. Some additional look alikes are V.C. Andrews Flowers in the Attic, The Vampire’s Assistant, The Daughters of the Moon Series, Vampire Diaries Series, Vampire Kisses Series. They are all 3 in one books that are bound to be fat like Twilight.

  1. I agree. I’m a bit biased (Of course, I own a blog called Twilight Fails.) But, it’s absolutely ridiculous that they did that. You don’t see harry potter themed Lord of the Rings covers, do you? No. Twilight is ruining literature. & It seems like this is just the start.
